Today we are speaking about Mold. What are the different conditions of mold in the subject property when you have a mold concern.
Condition 1 would be the normal fungal ecology in the environment, such as right now where I’m sitting. This would be a condition 1. With the air hear, we are breathing it, we can just assume it’s clean air.
Outside air would be a baseline controlled sample. And we would compared the outside air to the inside air.
But when you have a condition 1, it’s what’s considered normal fungal ecology. When we get into conditions 2 and 3, you’ll see the differences.
