Today’s subject is mold. We are talking about the conditions of mold. Condition 1 is your normal funael ecology. Condition 2 would be settled spores.
Those settled spores would be coming from a condition 3. Condition 3 is when you have contamination and you can visually see the mold growth on the subject material.
Whether it porous or context in a closet.
Whether it be on your dry wall, plaster, stucco. Anytime of mold growth visually.
Mold can pretty much grow on anything, anywhere and in all different types of temperatures. But when you get to a point where you have physical mold growth, whether it be a 2 foot area or 200 foot area.
It’s mold and it shouldn’t be there. Not if you want to have your home be considered habitable. If you have a home or rental and you have visual mold, it’s usually considered non-habitable because the mold doesn’t belong there.
